Owais Parray

Mr. Owais Parray is the Chief Technical Advisor & Senior Economist currently working for the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Jakarta. Mr. Parray brings over 23 years of experience in international development. He has worked in the former Soviet Union, Africa, and Asia. He has been with the UN System for over 14 years. Before coming to Indonesia, in his last posting, he was the Senior Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Timor-Leste.
