Zeger van der Wal works at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS). He leads the school’s research, teaching, and executive education efforts in the areas of public management and leadership, focusing on issues of good governance, ethics, and work motivation. Zeger has (co)authored over 90 publications in the field’s leading journals as well as books, magazines and newspapers. He is a recipient of various teaching and research awards, and manages an active consulting portfolio with clients in over 20 countries. His new book The 21st Century Public Manager is published with Palgrave Macmillan.
