Palupi Anggraeni is a PhD candidate in the School of Environment, Griffith University, under Australia Awards Scholarship program. She is conducting research in nvironmental economics, particularly to examine how the natural resources management can effectively and sustainably enhance the economic welfare in Indonesia. Since 2009, Ms Anggraeni is also a government officer in the Directorate General of State Asset Management, in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Her other role but the most important role, is as a mother and a wife. She found family is her best motivator during the roller coaster journey of PhD.
