Clara Siagian

Clara received a master’s degree in public policy from Australian National
University and a BA in political science from Gadjah Mada University. She has a
strong background in politics and social policy analysis acquired from her past
working experiences and academic training. Before joining PUSKAPA, Clara
worked with the World Bank on disability mapping in eastern Indonesia and with
Hivos as an M&E officer for the Global Fund project for populations most at risk
for HIV/AIDS in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Timor Leste. She is
interested in strengthening the work of PUSKAPA to be a center where social
issues are deliberated and innovative solutions are formulated and tested.
